PERU, Vt. — Bromley Mountain Resort, a year-round destination in southern Vermont, is expanding its summer offerings with the debut of Mountain Towers, a dynamic new climbing attraction set to open on July 5. The addition strengthens Bromley’s reputation as a hub for family-friendly outdoor activities, drawing both locals and tourists to its slopeside adventure park.
The Mountain Towers, designed by Eldorado Climbing, consist of two 19-foot structures featuring floating cubes and steps that shift underfoot, creating a range of challenges for climbers of all skill levels. Climbers can tackle the towers solo or race side-by-side, secured by TRUBLUE Auto Belay systems with self-regulating magnetic braking for safety. Positioned next to the alpine slide, the towers offer sweeping views of Vermont’s Green Mountains, blending physical exertion with the region’s natural splendor.
“Bromley’s summer adventure park is about connecting with the outdoors and each other,” said Josh Witkin, Bromley’s general manager and president. “Mountain Towers adds an active, engaging element to our lineup, set against the backdrop of Vermont’s stunning landscape.”
Bromley’s adventure park already boasts a diverse array of attractions, including an alpine slide, waterslide, mini golf, disc golf, bumper boats, and scenic chairlift rides. The addition of Mountain Towers reinforces the resort’s commitment to evolving its offerings while maintaining the laid-back, nature-driven vibe that defines a Vermont summer.
Located in Peru, just a short drive from Manchester, Bromley is a draw for families and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a mix of adrenaline and relaxation. The towers are expected to be a hit among visitors looking for a fresh challenge, whether they’re Vermont locals or tourists exploring the region’s summer attractions.
